2. Create and administrate account
A customer account helps you to directly access all orders you have placed with the web shop at any time. In the order status, you will find the processing step of your current order. When you enter the parcel tracking code, you can track the route and the delivery time of your parcel online. You also save time since details, once they have been entered are automatically retrieved after successful login. You have access to your stored customer details and can change them at any time. You can also change your password at any time. Moreover, you can also view your wish list and submitted reviews.
In the menu bar at the top, please select "My account" and enter your email address and password. Your account details will be displayed and can be changed by you any time.
Please sign in at "My Account" entering your old email address and your password. Go to "My Account", "Manage Addresses". After entering your new email address and password click on "Change email address".
Please click on "My account" in the header. There you can change your address via the button "Manage addresses". Using the button "Edit address" on which a pen is depicted, existing addresses can be changed. New addresses can easily be created via the button "+ New address".
Pease note, however, that you can only change the invoice and delivery address for the payment method PayPal in your own PayPal account since we get your details directly from PayPal.
Sign in
Go to "My Account" in the header of the web shop and log in with your email address and password. Then you can see your stored customer details.

The easiest way to check if your shipment has already reached its destination is the proof of delivery of the respect forwarding agent.
Simply follow the tracking link we sent you by email. As an alternative, you can directly enter your parcel number on the homepage of the respective forwarding agent.
You will usually find the remark "delivered", the name of the person who accepted the parcel, the date and the time of delivery.

3. Password
Click on "My account" in the header. Next to the question "Forgot password?", click on "Request now!". Then you have to enter your email address and you will receive a newly registered password via email. Once signed in you can create a new customized password on our website at "Change password" in "My account".
Go to "My Account" and then click on "Change Password". Enter your old password and the desired new password. Then simply click on "Save password".
4. Items / Assortment
In order to always be able to offer you attractive prices, we rely on a concentrated portfolio; we are not present at trade fairs and do not have any on-site sales team with branch offices. We pass on the resulting cost advantage directly to you.
When you have placed an article in the shopping basket, we will check the availability and reserve it for you in a second step at the checkout. In individual cases, it is possible that the last piece of the article is bought by another customer before the reservation is made.
All products offered are new items in original packaging from the renowned manufacturers.

5. Price policy
Prices are for business customers as net prices excluding VAT.
For private customers as gross prices incl. VAT.
Our prices are already very competitive and are well below the recommended retail price of the manufacturer.
To receive an extra project discount, you must meet one of the conditions:
- Large quantity of an article, from 25 pieces
- An order from €5000,-
In addition, it is possible to make price agreements with customers about certain types that are often purchased. Please contact us by phone, email or contact form.
6. Ordering process
First of all, collect all items in your shopping basket and then go to the checkout. Please note that there are shipping costs for each parcel.
The representation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but is only an online catalogue of a non-binding character. By clicking the button "Submit", you place a binding order for the items in the shopping basket. The confirmation of the receipt of your order takes place together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending off, by means of an automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract has been brought about.

At present, deliveries to all European destinations are handled with standard- and express dispatch services, using various prepayment options.
